1. Assessment. Your first visit is a full physical examination — movement, strength, and the history behind the problem. Any reports or scans you already have are reviewed here.
2. Treatment plan. You receive a written plan: the techniques we will use, an estimated number of sessions, and the date we review progress.
3. Sessions. Each session combines hands-on therapy, equipment-based pain relief where needed, and supervised exercise — 40 to 60 minutes.
4. Home programme. You leave with exercises you can actually do at home, because most of the recovery happens between sessions.
