Orthopaedic Physiotherapy
Treatment for fractures, ligament tears, frozen shoulder and post-plaster stiffness.
Pain is a symptom — we treat what is causing it. Every patient starts with a full physical assessment, then receives a written treatment plan with a clear number of sessions and a review date. No guesswork, no endless treatment.
Treatment only begins after a proper physical assessment — so you know exactly what is wrong and how long recovery will take.
Every session is handled by a registered BPT/MPT physiotherapist — never by an untrained assistant.
Bed-ridden, elderly and post-surgery patients get the same treatment protocol at home across Howrah and Kolkata.

Real feedback from patients treated at the clinic and at home.
Six months of lower back pain and I was told surgery was the only option. Three weeks of traction and exercise here and I am walking normally again. The exercises were explained properly, which no one had done before.
After my knee replacement the hospital referred me here. The recovery plan was written down week by week, so I always knew what to expect. Started climbing stairs a full month earlier than I thought possible.
My father had a stroke and could not sit without support. The therapist came home three days a week and also trained us on how to handle him. Today he walks to the balcony on his own.
Hamstring tear during a district match. They did not just treat the pain, they tested my strength before clearing me to play again. Back on the field in seven weeks with no re-injury.
Frozen shoulder for almost a year. Manual therapy plus dry needling made a difference from the second session. Very clean clinic and appointments actually run on time.
Desk job, constant neck pain and headaches. They corrected my sitting setup along with the treatment. Honest advice — I was told clearly how many sessions I would need and it did not stretch beyond that.
No. You can book a direct assessment with us. If we find something that needs a doctor's opinion or an imaging test first, we will tell you honestly and refer you.
It depends on the condition, but after the first assessment we give you an estimated number of sessions and a review date — so there are no open-ended treatment plans.
A typical session runs 40 to 60 minutes, including electrotherapy, hands-on treatment and supervised exercise. The first assessment takes a little longer.
Yes. Home visits are available across Howrah and nearby Kolkata for bed-ridden, elderly and post-surgery patients, with portable equipment and the same treatment protocol.
Treatment is kept within a comfortable range. Some techniques cause mild soreness for a day, similar to after exercise, and we always explain what you will feel before starting.
Yes. Sports rehabilitation and post-operative recovery are two of our main areas, including return-to-play testing for athletes and staged protocols after joint replacement.
Bring any X-ray, MRI or doctor's prescription you already have, along with a list of medicines you take. Wear loose, comfortable clothing — for a knee or ankle problem, shorts make the examination easier.
Yes. Please mention it when you book and we will schedule your sessions with a lady physiotherapist. We also have a separate treatment space for ladies patients.
Most patients are seen within 24 to 48 hours. Call or WhatsApp us for the earliest free slot — we keep a few slots aside each day for acute pain and post-operative cases.
No. Physiotherapy works alongside the medication your doctor has prescribed. Never stop or change a prescribed medicine without speaking to your doctor — tell us what you are taking and we plan treatment around it.
Your details open in WhatsApp so you can send them in one tap. We reply during clinic hours.
Walk in during clinic hours, call us, or send a message on WhatsApp — whichever is easiest for you. If you cannot travel, a physiotherapist can come to your home.
